Hi, I’m Ashley — the travel advisor behind Take Off to Paradise Vacations, based in beautiful Rhode Island, where I live with my husband, Raffi.
Travel planning has always been second nature to me. From international escapes to meaningful weekend getaways, I’ve long been drawn to the details that turn a trip into a truly memorable experience. Some of my favorite destinations include Mexico, Greece, Aruba, Costa Rica, Grand Cayman and Walt Disney World — and I also planned my own destination wedding in Orlando, Florida, which further deepened my appreciation for thoughtful, well-organized travel.
Before becoming a travel advisor, I spent over six years working as a school counselor. When my position was unexpectedly consolidated during major district changes, it prompted a period of reflection that ultimately led me to pursue a long-standing passion. What initially felt like a setback became the opportunity to build something meaningful — a business centered on helping others travel with confidence, clarity, and intention.
